The image galleries present a selection of visual highlights from the resource. These images have been organised into four collections: The Golden Age of Children's Literature; The Culture of Childhood; Key Illustrators and The McLoughlin Art Archive. 

You can search within these galleries using the search bar at the top of the page, or filter by Date, Document Type and Theme to narrow the selection. 

From here you can view the full-size images and related metadata, as well as download images as PDFs, run a slideshow or create your own bespoke collection of images using the 'My Lightbox' function.
