| American Antiquarian Society Copy Notes | Subject: Two boys in a horse-drawn cart race beside a man in his horse-drawn carriage. The boys, wearing tattered clothing, ride in a cart is labeled "licenced vendor" and while one of the boys holds the reins, the other makes lewd gestures at the man. A dog is also in the cart. The man, to the left and wearing a blanket over his lap, pulls hard on the reins of his horse. Notes: Signed on stone: J. Cameron.
