| Catalog Notes | A retelling of Charles Perrault's La barbe bleue. Title, imprint, and series statement from upper cover. Series statement transposed from after title. "McLoughlin Brothers, 30 Beekman Street, N.Y."--publisher's advertisement, lower cover. McLoughlin Bros. was in business at 30 Beekman St., New York, from 1863 until April, 1870. (See obituary for John McLoughlin, Publishers' weekly, May 6, 1905.) "Electrotyped by Vincent Dill, no. 24 Beekman Street, New York. Vincent Dill was located at this address between 1859 and 1866."--lower cover. Cover printed in red, green, and black ink. Cover included in pagination.
