Endpapers printed with a floral design in green ink. Cover design features Tiny Tim carried by his father, holding up his crutch with his right hand. A picture of this cover design appears with the following entry in McLoughlin Brothers' eighty-sixth annual catalogue (1914): No. 3221--Christmas carol retail 35c, by mail 50c size, 7 x 9 1/2 inches ...
