| Catalog Notes | Wrapper transcription: No. 87. II. Series. Naaman, general in the Assyrian Army. Philadelphia: American Sunday School Union. For sale at the depository, no. 13 N. Fourth Street. I. Ashmead & Co. printers. Price, one cent and a quarter. According to Philadelphia city directories, the American Sunday-School Union was located at 13 N. Fourth St. in 1824 only; however, several ASSU issues bear imprint statements listing the 13 N. Fourth St. address with printed dates of 1824, 1825, and 1826. According to an RLIN bibliographic record describing a copy of the title in hand held at the Free Library of Philadelphia (home of the ASSU archives), Naaman, general in the Syrian army was listed in ASSU publisher's catalogs between 1826 and July 1860; it was listed as no. 87 of the Second series between 1826 and 1829.
