Title, imprint, and copyright statements transcribed from p. [1] of wrapper. By Jesse Olney. Some maps bear Connecticut copyright statements with various dates of Dec. 16, 1828, and Nov. 20, 1829,--by D.F. Robinson & Co. The American Antiquarian Society has other issues published by Robinson, Pratt & Co. bearing imprint dates of between 1835 and 1845. Extant Hartford directories list Robinson, Pratt & Co. between 1838 and 1846. Directories for 1835-37 were not available. Maps engraved on metal. First map (leaves [1-2]) engraved by E. Huntington.
