| Catalog Notes | Poems by various authors, including Ann Taylor and Isaac Watts. According to local histories, W. & J. Gilman published at Middle Street in Newburyport from 1805 to 1820. W. & J. Gilman moved to 9 State St. as advertised in the Newburyport Herald, Feb. 23 1821. The address in the 1849 Newburyport city directory is "Phenix building, State St." Whittingham Gilman died in 1849, and John Gilman in 1851. In printed wrapper.
