The American Antiquarian Society copy is printed in the new typeface. Publisher's advertisement, p. [4] of wrapper, lists Bethlehem and her children, by Mary Angeline Hallock. According to Appletons' cyclopaedia of American biography (New York, 1888), Bethlehem and her children was first published in 1858. In printed wrapper; wrapper printed in brown ink.
