Catalog Notes	By Sarah Catherine Martin. Series transposed from head of title page. Variant series title "Old Mother Hubbards series" appears right below it. In the copy in hand, the foot of title page is cropped, apparently eliminating the imprint of James Wrigley, who published the Mother Hubbard series. James Wrigley published in New York between 1844 and at least 1879. Ground pulp paper suggests a publication date of not before 1860.
